The ranch employs a ranch manager plus one ranch hand. Together, they are responsible for dispensing 300,000 lbs of protein to the estimated 500 head white tail head. The ranch has a MLD (managed land level) 3 deer permit which allows a hunting season from October 1 to February 1. There are approximately 20 hunting blinds, 13 protein feeders and 30 corn feeders located on the ranch. Both fall and spring cultivated food plots cover approximately 400 acres of the ranch.
